Notre entreprise est située dans une zone naturelle dans la municipalité de S.Agata di Militello (ME). On peut arriver aisément à l'entreprise agritouristique Rosmarino Park par le train ( gare de S.Agata di Militello), par avion ( aéroports de Catania, Palermo ou Reggio Calabria ) ou en voiture ( autoroute A20 Messina-Palermo, sortie "Rocca di Caprileone" en provenance de Messina, sortie "S. Agata di Militello" en provenance de Palermo).
L'entreprise, qui était une place agricole patrice déjà à la fin du dix-neuvième siècle, est entourée par des cultures de citrons, bananes et oliviers, et aussi par un grand parc aux essences recherchées des plantes, en partie importées, qui sont rares et dans quelque cas même uniques en Europe.
A une distance d'environ 800 mètres il y a ne plage sur la mer tyrrhénienne, donnant sur les îles Eolie, à accès libre pour tous les baigneurs.
L'entreprise est aux marges du Parco Regionale dei Nebrodi ,le plus grand de la Sicile, que l'on peut atteindre facilement aussi pour faire des randonnées écologiques.

CHAMBRES
Les chambres, gracieusement meublées, sont équipées de tous les conforts (chauffage, climatisation, téléphone, télévision couleur), la plus part donnant directement sur la pelouse, les jardins ou le parc.
Les repas
Le petit-déjeuner naturel (inclus dans le prix de la chambre) est servi dans la dépendance de la villa ou, sur réservation, aussi dans le jardin, le gazebo, le jardin d'hiver ou à côté de la piscine (dans la partie équipée de parasols).
Pour le déjeuner et le dîner nous nous servons de restaurateurs qualifiés qui, sur réservation, peuvent préparer des repas aussi chez nous.
Toutefois, dans un rayon de 2-3 Km il y a de nombreux jolis restaurants qui servent des spécialités au poisson ou des menus typiques des Nebrodi.

Notre personnel assure le nettoyage quotidien des chambres et, en outre, est à votre disposition pour n'importe quelle nécessité.

A courte distance de notre entreprise il y a des commerces de toutes les catégories principales et aussi des équipements sportifs (manège, courts de tennis, football, volley-ball).
Désolés, notre entreprise ne peut pas accepter les chiens. Toutefois nous accueillons volontiers les chats.

UNSER BETRIEB
Der Betrieb "Azienda Agrituristica Rosmarino Park" liegt inmitten einer naturalistisch bezaubernden Gegend in der Gemeinde S.Agata di Militello (Provinz Messina) und ist sowohl mit dem (Banhof S.Agata di Militello), als auch mit dem Auto oder dem Flugzeug leicht zu erreichen ( Zug : Bahnhof S. Agata di Militello; Flugzeug: Flughäfen Catania, Palermo oder Reggio Calabria ; Auto: Autobahn A20 Messina-Palermo, Ausfahrt "Rocca di Caprileone" ( von Messina kommend) oder "S. Agata di Militello" ( von Palermo kommend) ).
Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb existiert schon seit dem Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts. Neben Zitronengärten, Bananenpflanzungen und Olivenhainen gibt es hier einen großen Park mit zahlreichen verschiedenen Gattungen (manche davon importiert und in Italien selten oder gar einzigartig).
Der Strand am Tyrrhenischen Meer - gegenüber den Äolischen Inseln - ist nur 800 Meter entfernt und steht allen Gästen und Badenden zur Verfügung.
Unser Betrieb befindet sich am Rand des Parco Regionale dei Nebrodi des größten Naturparks in Sizilien, wo man schöne Wanderungen unternehmen kann.

UNTERBRINGUNG
Die schön eingerichteten Gästezimmer sind mit allem Komfort ausgestattet (Heizung, Air Condition oder Ventilator, Telefon, Farbfernseher) und gehen direkt auf den englischen Rasen, den Zitronengarten oder den Park.
Mahlzeiten
Das gehaltvolle Frühstück (im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen) wird im Nebengebäude der Villa serviert oder - auf Anfrage - im Garten, im Pavillon, im Wintergarten oder neben dem Schwimmbad (unter den Sonnenschirmen).
Für Mittag- und Abendessen stehen qualifizierte Restaurantbetriebe in der Nähe zur Verfügung, mit denen unser Betrieb Absprachen getroffen hat und die auf Wunsch ihre Mahlzeiten auch in die Gästeräume liefern können.
Im Umkreis von 2-3 km gibt es jedoch auch weitere interessante Restaurants mit Meeresspezialitäten und typischen Gerichten unserer Gegend.

L'AZIENDA
Sita in area naturalistica del comune di S.Agata di Militello (ME) l'Azienda Agrituristica Rosmarino Park è facilmente raggiungibile in treno (stazione di S.Agata di Militello), in aereo (aeroporti di Catania, Palermo o Reggio Calabria) o in automobile ( autostrada A20 Messina-Palermo, uscita "Rocca di Caprileone" per chi proviene da Messina, uscita "S.Agata di Militello" per chi proviene da Palermo).
Il sito dell'Azienda, già località agricola patrizia della fine dell'Ottocento, è circondata da coltivazioni di limoni, banani ed ulivi, oltre che da un ampio parco con ricercate essenze di flora , alcune delle quali importate, rare e, in qualche caso, addirittura uniche in Europa.
A circa 800 metri vi è una spiaggia sul mare Tirreno, prospiciente le isole Eolie, liberamente accessibile a tutti i bagnanti.
L'Azienda è ai margini del Parco Regionale dei Nebrodi, il più vasto della Sicilia, facilmente raggiungibile anche per passeggiate ecologiche.

SISTEMAZIONE
Le camere degli ospiti, ben arredate, sono fornite di tutti i conforti (riscaldamento, aria condizionata o ventilata, telefono, TV color) e la maggior parte di esse da direttamente sul prato inglese, nei giardini di limoni o nel parco.
Pasti
La genuina prima colazione (inclusa nel costo della sistemazione) è servita nella dependance della villa o, a richiesta, anche in giardino, nel gazebo, nel giardino d'inverno o ai margini della piscina (nella zona attrezzata con ombrelloni)
Per la seconda colazione o la cena ci si avvale di qualificati ristoratori convenzionati, i quali, a richiesta, possono fornire pasti anche nei locali dell'Azienda.
Nel raggio di 2-3 Km vi sono comunque numerosi interessanti locali con specialità marinare o menu' tipici dei Nebrodi.

A breve distanza dalla nostra Azienda gli ospiti potranno trovare esercizi commerciali di tutte le principali categorie nonche' attrezzature per attivita' sportive varie (maneggio, campi da tennis, calcetto, pallavolo).
Siamo spiacenti ma la nostra Azienda non puo' ospitare cani. Viceversa accogliamo volentieri gatti.

ESCURSIONI

S.Agata di Militello è il punto di partenza ideale per poter compiere innumerevoli escursioni verso mete artistiche, storiche e naturalistiche della Sicilia.
L'Azienda organizza escursioni, riservate agli ospiti, effettuate con automezzi forniti da operatori convenzionati.
Il costo varia in relazione al numero dai partecipanti. Il personale potrà fornire tutte le informazioni ed eventualmente provvedere per un qualificato accompagnatore.

THE ESTATE

The estate Rosmarino Park is located in a natural reserve in the township of S.Agata di Militello (ME) and can be easily reached by train ( station of S.Agata di Militello), by plane ( airports of Catania, Palermo or Reggio Calabria ) or by car ( motorway A20 Messina-Palermo, exit "Rocca di Caprileone" if you are driving from Messina, exit "S. Agata di Militello" if you are driving from Palermo).
The site where the Estate lies, formerly the farmland of local aristocrats at the end of the Eighteen hundreds, is surrounded by lemon-tree, banana-tree and olive groves and by a vast park populated with refined plants, a few of which are imported and very rare - in certain cases, unique in Europe.
There is a free beach on the Tyrrhenian about 800 metres away, right in front of the Eolie islands. The Estate is located at the borders of the Regional Park of the Nebrodi Mountains , the largest park in Sicily, within easy reach for a walk in the wildlife.

OUR ROOMS
All our guest rooms are completely furnished and equipped with all comforts (heating, air conditioning or ventilation, telephone, colour TV), most of them overlooks the lawn, the lemon orchards or the park.
Meals
We serve a genuine breakfast (included in the room rate) in the outbuilding of the Villa or, at request, in the garden, in the gazebo, in the winter garden or near the swimming pool (in the sunning area).
Lunch or dinner are provided by qualified restaurants working under an agreement with us. At the request of our guests, meals may be served in the premises of the estate.
However, there are many interesting restaurants offering seafood specialties or typical cuisine of the Nebrodi mountains area at 2/3 kilometres' reach

We guarantee daily room cleaning service. Furthermore, our staff will always be ready to meet your requirements.

We apologise, but we do not accept dogs in the Estate. Cats are welcome
