COME ARRIVARE DALLA AUTOSTRADA A1
Uscire al casello Arezzo quindi percorrere il raccordo sino alla città, immettersi in viale Don Minzoni e prendere la direzione per il casentino-Bibbiena.
Dopo circa 1 km si gira a destra in direzione Antria. Superato l'incrocio di Cadecio, proseguire a dritto sino al Palazzo

HOW TO ARRIVE:
Motorway A1. Arezzo, driving towards the city centre. Turn on the left at "Casentino" road sign. Go straight on (for a Kilometre), at the second round-about, turn on the left and after a kilometre turn on the right at Antria/Puglia road sign. Just past the crossing with "Cade'ciò", take the first road on the left and you will find the road sign "Il Palazzo".

La tenuta si trova nell'antica via del Sale che univa Roma Rimini. Questo antico borgo è stato lungo i secoli casa torre, mansio, convento, fattoria è oggi un'azienda biologica e un'azienda agrituristica in posizione favorevole per visitare Arezzo, Firenze, Siena, Perugia, Cortona, La Verna, Camaldoli e le Valli Aretine ricche di storia e di manifestazioni. 
Il borgo tardo-medievale è costituito da 4 fabbricati e una casa padronale; vi si accede per un lungo e dritto viale sterrato di gelsi secolari ed è immerso in un giardino naturale di argentei olivi e preziosi vigneti DOC Chianti.
Scoprite il fascino incontaminato della campagna Toscana, ricca di storia e di tradizione, con una vacanza di tutto relax, immersa nel verde in una delle più belle colline Aretine.
Il Palazzo è decisamente un Agriturismo Relais.
L’atmosfera suggestiva, la pace, la serenità, la sensazione che il tempo si fermi sono caratteristiche che fanno de Il Palazzo una meta irrinunciabile. 
Gli appartamenti, tutti indipendenti tra loro e dotati di ogni comfort, sono ricavati ciascuno all’interno dei casali che componevano l’antico borgo medioevale.
Nell’antica cappella del borgo è stata ricavata una sala congressi, un auditorium, oltre ad una sala per la lettura e la pittura che vi permetterà di trascorrere ore piacevoli in un ambiente unico.

Appartamento pitocco:
zona cottura-soggiorno, camera matrimoniale e bagno.

Appartamento serra:
zona cottura-soggiorno, camera matrimoniale e bagno. Possibilità di collocare un letto aggiuntivo.

Appartamento italiano: 
zona cottura-soggiorno, due camere matrimoniali e bagno.

Appartamento mariassunta:
zona giorno, due camere matrimoniali e bagno

Nella nostra tenuta ci piace ospitare persone che amano passare qualche giorno in un luogo tranquillo e rilassante, un luogo dove possono sentirsi non semplici turisti, bensì amici a casa di amici.


LA TENUTA
Nel cuore della Toscana è situato Il Palazzo, antico borgo tardo-medioevale. Oggi agriturismo in cui l’originaria struttura di paesino medioevale è stata conservata in perfetta armonia con la natura che lo circonda. Situato a 380 m di altitudine, Il Palazzo offre la possibilità di assaporare la pace delle incontaminate colline aretine ma anche di raggiungere in breve tempo le principali città d’arte trovandosi a soli 70 km da Firenze, 60 km da Siena e 30 km da Cortona. 

COME VI RICEVEREMO
Vi daremo il benvenuto, vi accompagneremo nella vostra camera o appartamento dove avrete la possibilità di apprezzare il comfort e l’arredamento tipico toscano, dove potrete trascorrere serate al lume di candela sorseggiando un bicchiere di vino locale.

PRANZO E CENA
Qualora desidererete pranzare o cenare nei paesi della zona saremo lieti di consigliarvi itinerari cultural-gastronomici dove potrete gustare piatti della cucina toscana.

TEMPO LIBERO
Al Palazzo potrete rilassarvi ai bordi della splendida piscina con vista panoramica sulla città di Arezzo, pescare nel lago privato dell’azienda, andare a cavallo nei maneggi circostanti, oppure visitare i dintorni con le mountain bikes che sono a disposizione dei nostri ospiti.
Ricordiamo inoltre che la prima Domenica di ogni mese, viene effettuata una delle più grandi mostre dell'antiquariato della Toscana, disposta sulle più belle e suggestive strade del centro storico della città.
Visitare la città di Arezzo, e scoprire i suoi mille segreti, è come tuffarsi nel nostro passato, dove ci possiamo riappropriare di identità e sensazioni ormai perse. 

PROFILE:

The Estate is located along the ancient “Salt Road”, which linked Rome and Rimini. This ancient village was, through the ages, a site of importance and included a tower, mansion, convent, farm and today houses the organic production of food and has an “agriturismo” (farm holidays). It is excellently situated for visits to Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Perugia, Cortona, La Verna, Camaldoli and the Aretine valleys rich in history and cultural manifestations. 
The village is late-medieval and comprises 4 houses and the master’s house. This is accessed by a long, straight country road lined with ancient mulberry trees and is immersed in a wonderful natural garden filled with silver olive trees and precious “Chianti” vinetrees.
Discover the untouched charm of the Tuscan countryside, rich in history and tradition, with a totally relaxing holiday, deep in the lush green setting of the Aretine hills.
“Il Palazzo” is without doubt an agriturismo dedicated to relaxation.
Its unique and charming atmosphere, the peace, serenity, feeling that time has stopped, all make “Il Palazzo” an unforgettable destination. 
Each individual apartment, is equipped with every modern convenience. The apartments were all once original houses which made up the ancient medieval village.
The meeting room and auditorium are situated inside the ancient village chappel as is the reading/painting room which allows you to spend many pleasurable hours in a unique setting.

THE AGRITURISMO
“Il Palazzo” is situated right in the heart of Tuscany, in a late-medieval village. The agriturismo (including the original structure of the medieval village) has been preserved in perfect harmony with the nature which surrounds it. Situated at 380m above sea level, “Il Palazzo” offers the possibility to sample the peace of the uncontaminated Arezzo hills, but also within easy reach of the principal “art” cities – 70km from Florence, 60km from Siena and 30km from Cortona. 

THE WELCOME
On arrival, you will be welcomed to the agriturismo and shown to your apartment. You will then have the opportunity to appreciate the typically Tuscan decor and comforts, and where you will no doubt spend will be welcomed to the agriturismo, shown to your room or apartment where you will have the possibility to appreciate the typical Tuscan comforts and decor and where you will be able to spend candlelit evenings sipping a glass of local wine.

LUNCH AND DINNER
We will also be more than happy to advise you as regards eating out, so that you will enjoy the delights of genuine Tuscan cuisine.

FREE TIME
At “Il Palazzo”, you can relax at the side of our splendid swimming pool with panoramic views over the town of Arezzo, go fishing in our private lake, go horse-riding in the paddocks, or visit the surrounding with mountain bikes, which are available on request to our clients.
We would remind you that the first Sunday of each month one of the most important Antiques Fair is held in Arezzo – The “Fiera Antiquariata”. This takes place in the heart of the old town when beautiful atmospheric streets are filled with stalls and antiques shops.
Visiting the city of Arezzo and discovering its many secrets is as if you were to dive into our past, where we can recapture an identity and values often forgotten in today’s modern world.
