Due coniugi, lei ligure lui veneto, hanno progettato la loro azienda agrituristica con l'intento di creare un ambiente sereno e tranquillo. In un antico fabbricato rurale antecedente al 1800, hanno ricavato dei mini appartamenti ben atrezzati, in stile rustico a soli 5 km, dal mare, in un ambiente ricco di verde, temperato,silenzioso e facile da raggiungere. Situato tra Portofino e le Cinque Terre, sulle colline che circondano il Golfo del Tigullio, offre un clima temperato e un panorama rilassante.
La nostra azienda è situata su una collina del Golfo del Tigulio in una zona facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici o privati. La posizione è tranquilla e panoramica. Dista 4 km dall' uscita di Chiavari dell' autostrada Genova-Livorno e 4,5 km dalla stazione ferroviaria. A 200 m. c'è la fermata dell' autobus che parte dalla stazione F.S. di Chiavari. Ottima base per visite a Genova, Riviera di Levante, Cinqueterre ed entroterra Ligure con le sue cave di Ardesia, i musei, le vallate, i parchi e i suoi bei monti. Per gli amanti del trekking c'è il sentiero panoramico che porta al santuario della Madonna di Montallegro, il sentiero delle 5 torri, le passeggiate nei boschi di castagni e di noccioli. L' azienda ha a disposizione 18 posti letto con agricampeggio. Il prezzo varia tra le 20.000 e le 50.000 lire a persona al giorno a seconda del periodo, della durata e del numero di soggiorni.

Agriturismo La Madre
L'azienda si trova sulla collina che circonda la città di chiavari a 200 m di altitudine. Immersa nel verde e nel silenzio degli ulivi che respirano l'aria di mare del golfo del Tigullio distante solo 4 km. Ottima base per visitare Portofino, Genova, Cinqueterre,... o anche solo per passeggiare o tuffarsi nelle limpide aque del golfo.
A disposizione, veranda con tv, calciobalilla, lavatrice,...

1)Appartamento composto da 2 camere, una con 4 letti e l' altra con 3, ognuna con bagno proprio. Hanno in comune una cucina-sala attrezzata con : forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, frigo, frizer, fornelli, lavello e stoviglie e accessori al completo. 

2)Appartamento soppalcato . Può ospitare 2 persone nella zona sotto e 3 nella zona superiore. Ha 1 bagno e la zona cucina attrezzata con frigo, forno microonde, fornelli, lavabo, stoviglie e attrezzatura completa. 

3) Bilocale con 2 posti letto composto da camera, bagno e cucina attrezzata come sopra. 

4) Bilocale come al punto 3 con 2 posti letto e possibilità di un terzo letto. Può comunicare con il monolocale del punto 3 attraverso una porta insonorizzata. 

5) Monolocale composto da camera doppia con cucina attrezzata come sopra, con bagno molto spazioso. 

6) Rustico con 2 camere, sala, cucina attrezzata , bagno spazioso, veranda aperta e giardino privato. Si trova a circa 1 km dall'azienda in una posizione tranquilla e panoramica. Non fà parte dell'azienda ma è possibile sfruttare le strutture comuni dell'azienda. 

9) 6 posti in campeggio con uso di bagno in azienda. Mettiamo a disposizione tende da 6-3-2 posti e materassini gonfiati.

Villa Daria
Villa Daria si trova in località San Pier di Canne a Chiavari, Comune della riviera Ligure di Levante che si affaccia sul Golfo del Tigullio. Immersa nel verde degli ulivi e del bosco di querce, si trova a pochi minuti dal mare e dal centro della cittadina storica e balneare. Vi si arriva salendo per una piccola strada privata che sale sulla collina di Maxena. Posteggio privato e giardino attrezzato. Il mare si trova a 1,5 km.

a) Appartamento composto da cucina, bagno e 2 camere per 4-6 posti letto. Terrazzi con vista mare. 

b) Appartamento composto da cucina, sala con divano letto, 2 bagni e 3 camere per 6-9 posti letto. Sala e camera con vista mare. 

c) Appartamento composto da cucina abitabile, 2 camere, bagno con vasca e doccia per 3-5 posti letto. 

d) Camera con bagno privato con 2-4 posti letto e veranda aperta con cucina atrezzata anche con forno microonde forno microonde.

PROFILE:

A married couple, she is Ligurian and he is from Veneto and the intention behind starting up a "farming holiday" is to create a calm and peaceful environment. In an old antique farm building dating back to well before the 1800s, they have managed to turn it into small but well-equipped country style flats. Only 5 km from the sea, in an area bathe in green, temperate, peaceful and easy to reach. It lies between Portofino and the Cinque Terre on the hills which surround the Gulf of Tigullio. Here the climate is always mild and the panorama is relaxing.
Our "farming holiday" is located on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio and is easily reached by bus or car. The area is calm and peaceful and offers a marvellous view. Only 4 km from the motorway Genova-Livorno A12 (exit at Chiavari) and 4.5 km from the railway station in Chiavari. Only 200 metres from the bus stop (Chiavari-Leivi line). It represents the ideal base to visit Genoa, the Riviera di Levante, the Cinque Terre and the hinterland of Liguria with its slates quarries, museums, valleys, natural parks and its beautiful mountains. Those who love trekking can enjoy the panoramic trial to the Madonna di Montallegro sanctuary, the Five Towers trail or simply walk among chestnut or hazel woods. The farm offers 18 beds and "agricamping". Prices vary from between 20.000 and 50.000 Lire a day per person according to the period, the length and the numbers of sojourns.

Agritourism La Madre
1) Two-roomed flat: can sleep 7. In one room there are 4 beds and in another there are 3. Each room has its own bathroom. Dining room and fully equipped kitchen with electric/gas cookers, dishwasher, microwawe oven, fridge, freezer and a complete set of cutlery and kitchen utensils. 

2) Flat with mezzanine floor: can sleep 6 (2 below and 4 in the area ) 1 bathroom and the kitchen area is fully equipped with a microwave oven, fridge, gas cooker plus a complete set of cutlery and kitchen utensils.

3) (Bilocale) Two room flat can sleep 2 (2 beds). Bathroom. Kitchen equipped as above. 

4) (Bilocale) Two room flat: as point 3 above with 2 beds with the possibility of adding a third. Fully equipped kitchen. There is a sound-proof communicating door between this flat and the one in 3 above.

5) (Monolocale) One room flat: bedroom with double-bed, large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

6) (Rustico) Two room country cottage: 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and a large bathroom. Comes with open veranda and private garden. It is about 1 km from where we are and lies in a peaceful panoramic area. This cottage is not part of our "umbrella" but it is possible for guests to take advantage of all the amenities we offer.

Camping with the use of private bathroom. Tents are available with air-mattresses for 6,3,2 people.

Culture and leisure at La Madre
For your fun and entertainment, there is a television room which has a small library all about the Ligurian region where you can find maps of foot paths if you feel like going for a walk. But if not, you can play table football and take part in a variety of different parlour games. If not, there is always the small outdoor swimming pool (3.5m wide by 1m deep) with deck chairs for sunbathing. Around the pool there are also chairs and tables where you can sit and relax while enjoying a drink.

Riding track at 2 km
Games for children: Along the seafront in Chiavari there is a mini "fair ground" for children, offering an assortment of paid rides. There are also swings and slides and these are free of charge. Here small children can run about and have as much fun as they like. Also in the nearby town of Lavagna, these same attractions can be found which cater for the very small in mind.
