La Dogliola nasce nel 1988 per tradurre in realtà imprenditoriale di eccellenza una scelta dettata dalla passione.
Vendemmia dopo vendemmia, grazie ad un territorio unico, a vigneti condotti secondo natura, all'attento lavoro in cantina, vede la luce una completa gamma di vini.
Vini sorprendenti ed inediti, creati dal desiderio di esaltare le qualità del territorio e di suscitare emozioni. 
Gli appassionati possono degustarli - con tutta la calma che l'arte e la passione enologica impongono - nell'apposita sala attrezzata ad hoc, magari scambiando direttamente con il produttore Alberto Quarello impressioni e sensazioni gustative

La Dogliola vuole essere accoglienza rurale di qualità, pronta ad ospitare i "forestieri" del terzo millennio, curiosi di percorrere paesaggi da favola e scoprire angoli di grande suggestione.
In questa tradizionale cascina piemontese restaurata direttamente dai titolari sono stati ricavati un appartamento e tre doppie, tutte con bagno, arredati con mobili di campagna d'epoca pervasi del fascino romantico dell'imperfezione, di calore e poesia.
L'ubicazione è ideale, in posizione collinare, isolata e tranquilla, ma comodamente raggiungibile in qualsiasi stagione con vista sulla Langa Astigiana, i suoi vigneti, le sue torri saracene.
L'ambiente esterno è accogliente quanto l'interno, offre una enorme terrazza-solarium, ma anche zone fresche al riparo dei grandi alberi. 
L'apposito locale comune permette di organizzarsi il proprio tempo, dedicandosi alla lettura, alla cucina o alla visione di un bel film. 
Il servizio offerto è del tipo bed&breakfast e prevede quindi la prima colazione.
Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, esiste ampia scelta nelle immediate vicinanze.
Su richiesta si preparano programmi speciali, in Langa è possibile fare di tutto, dallo sport alla gastronomia, dall'arte alla fotografia, ma la specialità della Dogliola è: relax! 

L'appartamento delle margherite 

La "suite", spaziosa e molto luminosa, è caratterizzata dalla splendida volta d'epoca in mattoni a vista, dal grazioso caminetto, dal pavimento in marmette originali, dalle decorazioni lungo i muri. 
L'insieme risulta gioioso ed è particolarmente adatto per vacanze di famiglia.
La cucina, semplice ma completa, permette di trascorrere una settimana in campagna a costi contenuti ed in assoluta autonomia. 

La stanza dei gerani 

Forse la camera più affascinante, vera e propria immagine dell'accoglienza di campagna, fatta di materiali poveri eppure emozionanti. 
La pietra di Langa è qui lasciata a vista e dalle sue geometrie irregolari traspare un passato di grande artigianato. Il caminetto fa sentire a casa. Il bagno, riuscitissimo, è molto curioso 

La stanza dei papaveri 

Questa ampia camera arredata con i mobili della nonna è destinata a soddisfare chi ama essere inondato di luce (ma non troppo presto ...).
Il suo punto forte è il balconcino da cui ammirare il panorama o respirare a pieni polmoni l'aria sana di campagna. Originale il bagno con cabina doccia extra-large. 

La stanza delle rose 

Qui l'atmosfera è da luna di miele, a cominciare dal materasso alla francese. Il letto a barca ed il capiente armadio, abbandonati in cascina da decenni, dopo un opportuno restauro, rivelano ora il fascino senza tempo del legno massello. 
Molto rari i "voltini" in mattoni di diverse tonalità con travi sgrossate a mano. Ampio il bagno con vista sui vigneti.

By founding the wine farm La Dogliola in 1988 we realised our wish to transform a passion into an entrepreneurial reality of an outstanding level.
Thanks to a unique ground, natural cultivation methods and an accurate care of the winemaking procedures, qine harvest after wine harvest, a complete set of wines is created: unusual, surprising wines, that are an expression of the exceptional quality of the ground, wines that stir up emotions. 
Wines lovers can take their time to taste them in a specially equipped room and share their impressions with the producer Alberto Quarello.
La Dogliola means high standard hospitality in the Italian countryside for travellers of the new millennium who are looking for fabulous landscapes and rare places of outstanding charm.
This traditional Piedmontese farming house has been restored by the owners in order to obtain an apartment and three double rooms, all with bathrooms, equipped with original country stile furnishing and pervaded by a friendly, romantic and poetic atmosphere. 
Its position is exceptional: on a hill, isolated and calm, but easily accessible in any season, with a great view on the hills of the area, the "Langa Astigiana", its vineyards and Saracen towers.
The outside area is as comfortable as the interiors and gives you the opportunities, either of a sun-bath on the huge terrace or of a fresh rest in the shadow of the big trees. 
In the common hall you may spend your time reading, cooking or watching a good movie.
The services we offer consist in bed & breakfast. For full meals you can chose among the many excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood.
On request, we can prepare special programs for you. In the Langa region you can dedicate yourself to whatever you wish: sports, gastronomy, photography... But the speciality of La Dogliola is to relax! 


The apartment of the daisies 

The huge and bright suite is characterised by the splendid, traditional brick vault, the pleasant fireplace, the floors in original tiles and the decoration on its walls. 
The joyful whole suites perfectly a family vacation.
The simple but well-organised kitchen allows you to spend autonomous holidays at limited costs. 


The room of the geraniums 

This most enchanting room with its poor but moving materials gives you a perfect image of country hospitality. 
The irregular geometry of the facing stones of the Langa region recall a past of accurate craftsmanship.
The cosy fireplace makes you feel at home.
The bathroom has been particularly well restored and turned out quite unique. 

The room of the poppies 

This huge room with grandmother's furniture is an ideal place for people who love to be bathed in light (but not too early in the morning...). 
From its balcony you can admire the panorama and take a deep breath of healthy country air.
The peculiar bathroom boasts of an extra-large shower. 

The room of the roses 

Starting with the mattress in the French style, this rooms is dominated by an atmosphere of honeymoon.
After having been abandoned for decades in the farmhouse, the boat-bed and the large wardrobe, have been carefully restored and thus recovered the timeless splendour of solid wood. 
The longwise vaulted ceilings are of rare beauty: bricks of different tonalities are divided by hand-refined wooden beams.
The huge bathroom offers a lovely sight on our vineyards.
