COME ARRIVARE

In auto, dall'Autostrada del Sole A1, uscire a Firenze - Certosa, poi imboccare la Superstrada Firenze-Siena.
Dalla Superstrada Fi-Siena-FI Uscire all'uscita San Casciano e dopo circa 2 km, prendere la strada sterrata a destra delimitata da un filare di giovani cipressi.

Dall'Aeroporto Vespucci di Firenze utilizzare un servizio taxi (£ 40-50.000), oppure autobus urbano per arrivare in Piazza Stazione (Stazione Centrale di Firenze);
Dalla Stazione di Firenze prendere Pullman Sita per San Casciano V.P. e a piedi (300 metri circa) raggiungere il Podere Consalvo.

Wie erreichen Sie uns?

Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie uns auf der Autobahn del Sole A1, Ausfahrt Firenze-Certosa. Danach sofort auf die Schnellstrasse Firenze-Siena Richtung Siena.
Von der Schnellstrasse Ausfahrt San Casciano.
Von der Ausfahrt ungefähr 2 km rechts in eine kleine Privatstrasse abbiegen (starke Rechtskurve), die mit jungen Zipressen gesäumt ist.

Vom Flughafen Vespucci di Firenze können Sie ein Taxi nehmen oder den Stadt bus – Sita in Anspruch nehmen, der Sie direkt zum Busbahnhof Santa Maria Novella Bringt. Von dort können Sie den Bus Sita nach San Casciano (30 Minuten) nehmen und bei der Haltestelle "Vannina" können Sie unser Gut auch zu Fuss erreichen.

By Car, from the Autostrada del Sole A1 exit at Firenze-Certosa, then take the Superstrada Firenze Siena.
From the Superstrada Firenze-Siena exit at San Casciano V.P.,after 2 km take the private road on your right which is bordered by young cypress trees.

By Air, from the airport a.Vespucci in Florence there is a taxi service or a local coach which takes you to Piazza Stazione (central bus station of Florence.
From the bus station take the Sita bus for San Casciano V.P. From the bus stop it is possible to arrive at Podere Consalvo by foot.

ll Podere Consalvo è una Azienda di Agriturismo situata nel cuore del Chianti Classico,immersa nel verde delle colline toscane tra Firenze e Siena.Grazie alla sua fortunata posizione geografica (265m. s.l.m.),gode di un piacevolissimo clima e di una spettacolare vista sui vigneti e gli uliveti che la circondano.Offre ai suoi ospiti vacanze confortevoli e rilassanti in appartamenti realizzati in un tipico fienile toscano recentemente e finemente ristrutturato,indipendente ed in annessi agricoli limitrofi disposti in posizione panoramica.Un ampio giardino con oliveta prospiciente la casa,una terrazza panoramica ideale per pranzi all'aperto è a disposizione degli ospiti.

E' presente un ampio parcheggio coperto.Il Podere è situato ad 1 Km. circa dal paese (negozi e locali di ogni genere), a 15 Km. da Firenze (fermata servizio pubblico nelle vicinanze) e a 45 Km. da Siena.L'Azienda agricola è iscritta nell'albo produttori biologici.Produce olio extravergine di oliva D.O.P. e prodotti ortofrutticoli che è possibile acquistare direttamente in azienda.La posizione dove sorge la casa è particolarmente dominante e tranquilla e gode di una bellissima ed ampia vista su Firenze e sulle colline del Chianti.

Le olivete si estendono su una superficie di 4 ettari circa e sono sottoposte a coltivazione biologica. Vengono potate annualmente in modo da ottenere una quantità di olive non eccessiva adatta quindi a trasmettere all’olio quei profumi tipici delle Terre del Chianti Classico di cui il Podere Consalvo ne è un esempio.
E‘ possibile acquistare presso il Podere olio extra vergine di oliva ed altri prodotti biologici.
E‘ presente orto coltivato con criteri di produzione biologica,ove gli ospiti possono raccogliere prodotti stagionali.
In vicinanza degli alloggi si trova un piccolo pollaio che offre agli ospiti uova fresche di giornata.

The Podere Consalvo is a tipical Tuscan farmhouse.It is located in the heart of the "Chianti",dipping in the middle of the green Tuscan hills,between Florence and Siena.Thanks to its good geographical position (at 265 m. above sealevel) guests can enjoy a very pleasant climate together with a magnificient view on the vineyards and olive plantations,from which it is surrounded.This is the ideal place for a very confortable and relaxing holiday.The barn has recently been restored to a very high standard. It commands an independent position on the hills of Chianti Classico.


The Podere Consalvo is registered as producer of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil D.O.P.and Fruits.
The house has a dominant, tranquil position and enjoys magnificent views of Florence and the hills of Chianti. There is a large garden and olive grove in front of the house and a panoramic terrace which is ideal for outdoor eating, both of which may be utilised by guests. There is also ample covered parking space.It is situated 1 km from the village (which has all amenities), 15 km from Florence (with a bus stop nearby) and 45 km from Siena..

Podere Consalvo ist ein typisches toskanisches Landhaus.Von den weichen Hügeln des Chianti Classicos umgeben, liegt das ca. 4 ha grosse Grundstück der Familie Consalvo mit ihrem charakteristischem Gästehaus inmitten der Toskana. Es liegt mitten im Chianti-Gebiet,im Grünen der toskanischen Hügeln,zwischen Florenz und Siena,gelegen.Dank der glücklichen Lage (265 M. über der Meerebene) ziegt es grossen Vorteil aus dem sehr angenehmen Klima und aus einem wunderbaren überblick der umgebenden Weinberge und Olivenhaine.Deshalb kann es seinen Gästen einem bequemen und erholenden Urlaub bieten.

Die Landwirtschaft ist in der italianisches Organisation der Bioproduzenten-A.I.A.B. eingeschrieben.Es wird biologisches Olivenöl D.O.P.und weiteres Biogemüse produziert.Ein grosszügiger Garten mit Oliven und Obstbäumen steht den Gästen zur Verfügung.Eine Terrasse, die allein den Gästen zur Verfügung steht. Das Gut ist von einer Hecke umschlossen und hat einen grossen überdachten Parkplatz.Es liegt vom Ort San Casciano V.d.P. (15000 Einwohner) 1 km. entfernt (Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants jeglicher Art vorhanden) 15km von der Hauptstadt Florenz (Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe) und 45 km von Siena entfernt.
